The 247th Hardwick Community Fair returned to the common on August 21 with  a weekend of animals, activities, weather and and food.

The Gilbertville Public Library will host a mixed media art exhibit by Emily Bancroft and Elizabeth Ostiguy from October 1 to October 30. A reception to meet the artists will take place on Friday, October 2 from 2:30 to 5:30. Refreshments will be available. The library is located at 259 Main Street in the village of Gilbertville and is open on Tuesday from 2-6 P.M., Wednesday from 5-8 P.M., and Thursday and Friday from 2-6 P.M.

 The Hardwick Historical Society is open on Sundays from 12 to 2.

The Society museum is located in the 1830's brick schoolhouse on the common and houses a collection of artifacts from Hardwick history.

Stop by while visiting the Farmers' Market from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
